Im confused with the bidding ebay?

I was the higest bidder on ebay but im new to it and i never put my card number in, do i have to pay when the delivery guy comes? or did i not win? The item was pre-owned but im still not sure

Sign into eBay.
Go to My eBay.
If it shows you won, you need to make arrangements to pay within 4 days. Almost everyone just clicks on the pay-now links and pays using their Paypal account. (No seller ships before getting paid!)

If you mistakenly think this will be done for you, at 4 days the seller will often initiate the unpaid item dispute to get their fees back. eBay may de-register you, suspend you for a few weeks or allow sellers to prevent you from bidding on their items.

HOWEVER, at age 15, you are not allowed to be on either eBay or Paypal. To have accounts, you must have lied. Email both eBay and Paypal and fess up. They will close your accounts for you and ban you for life.
