how many people can you follow per day ( twitter ) ?

so i made a twitter account like 4 weeks ago, and 4 days ago i got blocked from following people. I got a message saying: ''you're unable to follow more people at this time'' , so i followed more people the next day but i dont know how many people can you follow per day? i need to know so i wont get blocked again.

Twitter's current technical limits for accounts are:

Direct messages: 250 per day.

Tweets: 1,000 per day. The daily update limit is further broken down into smaller limits for semi-hourly intervals. Retweets are counted as Tweets.

Changes to account email: Four per hour.

Following (daily): The technical follow limit is 1,000 per day. Please note that this is a technical account limit only, and there are additional rules prohibiting aggressive following behavior.
