Why do I keep having dreams where I'm being chased?

Usually, I don't dream. I barely ever dream, but over the last four nights I've been having multiple dreams a night where I'm being chased by things. I've had dreams where I'm being chased by cops, strangers, college kids my age, primary school kids, a family member, even a bunch of snakes which was quite terrifying, also more people and groups of people that I can't remember but over 80% of the dreams I had this week, I was being chased and the rest involved different girls and was kinda romantic.

I'm really curious as to why all these dreams now, and I think I may have an idea. My life at the moment is really good and I am very happy. I have close to no problems or issues in my life. Over the last month, I have been messaging a girl from my hometown who I really like, she is gorgeous and I'm sure she really likes me too. We usually Facebook and Snapchat (send cute photos) most days and we're going to meet up when I move back home to my family in two weeks. Lately, my acne has been breaking out after coming off Accutune due to having bad acne in my life. I'm starting to become self concious about myself meeting her now as I do not want to have a bunch of spots on my face like I used to have. I'm sure she won't mind that much and will still probably date me but I can't help but think otherwise. I have done heaps of research of taking care of my face and currently I have it under control sort of but could my self concious be the cause of these dreams? No room to type now
"Accutane" not accutune sorry, its a drug that helps get rid of moderate to severe acne. I will most likely go back on the medication when I move back home
