How do I track this person I used to know down ?

Ok so I used to know this girl and then something happened and we completely lost contact and that was about July and I recently found the time and will power to track her down but I need some help.
Ok so this is a list of thing I do know about her-
- first name (only first though)
- rough location (I know the county)
- hair color/ face (if I saw her picture I would recognise her
- a few passions and likes
- were she wants to go to college
- age (not exact, just the year)
- the detachment that she goes to army cadets at
- number of siblings (but no ages)

But that's it :/, I allready tried to contact the detachment of the army cadets that she goes to and they weeny allowed to give me any information. Look I don't mind searching through hundreds of pages of results if I have to, I really like this girl !!!!
I know this may seem slightly weird to someone reading this but it's actually quite a sad story, we found each other on this website and started chatting and we really liked each other, we had so many common interests it was unbelievable and things were getting really good but then the website went faulty and had to shutdown and we completely lost contact
Please help, I don't mind spending money if I have too

Going on COD maybe you may luckily meet up with her in the same room...

Why d know so little details about someone you want to track
