What happens if I visit an OkCupid profile not logged in?
Suppose I use Google Chrome and I go to Incognito Mode. (I'm not on the A-List). Then I use the normal Google Chrome mode (not logged in OkCupid) and visit that person's profile?

Will she still get a notification on her Visitors page assuming she turned on the notifications?

Nope. If you weren't logged in and you visited her profile she won't see that you visited. She put her profile on public which means that anyone without a profile can visit her and she won't be notified.
