Anxiety ?? Having lot of anxiety, need advice to my anxiety cure?
dear friends I have an anxiety issue, some time I feel depressed and anxious and this repeats many times a day. I tried to get out of it whenever I feel any such things but after some time it happens again. So, please help me, is it a sign of anxiety or really an anxiety. Before it I was very happy because I was having everything I wanted. I got worries from husband affair in his office with his colleague. This thing always keep bothering me and I could not get a stable mind. By thinking all time about my hubby affair different things comes to my mind. As I spent all time alone in my home these things attack me more. I think some time I got panic attacks. I seems I have no control over my mental health, it seems to me like everything is fake. So please requesting to tell me any such things which can calm down me from my unstable mind state. From such a terrible stage I am going through please help me to get out of it.

Been there done that. The more I worried about things the more anxiety and panic attacks took over. I went to my county Mental Health Department and was prescribed some medication and got through it. And if you want, most menial health departments offer counseling. I hope you find your relief like I did.

DO NOT take any of the meds for this! The drug companies are out for the money and don't give a sh*t about your mental health. Check out Tardive Diskenesia and that will change your mind about pills real quick. Find a healthy outlet for your frustrations....exercise, play with the cat, etc but don't turn to pill popping

First of all if you don't know Jesus He is our highest necessity He helps us in our troubles and worries and cares. He is the ultimate counselor and called the prince of peace. And the amazing thing is if you have never accepted Jesus into your heart as Lord of your life before, that is step one. Pray this prayer out loud I beleive that Jesus is God's Son and that He came to the earth in order to save it. And that He died to save me personally from my sins and that He also rose again. Jesus I beleive in you I love you for all that you have done for me and I receive you into my heart and life to be my Lord and Savior. If you pray this prayer now or have prayed it before than you belong to God and you are no longer subject to the power of satan to make you worry or anxious about life. You are free to live the life Christ died for you to have.


Also Joyce Meyer is the person you need to be listening to. God drew me to her and she is really helpful in all things mind related, here is a link and you can see clips from her teachings.

I&#x27;ll be the first one to tell you anxiety sucks! I&#x27;ve had it for the past 8 years. It&#x27;s a daily struggle and there are some home trucks you can do. I strongly recommend not going on medications because you will become so dependent on them. For me I make sure I go to a quiet place and tell myself everything is okay, I know it sounds a little corny but it helps a lot.

One of my friend told his view about anxiety and a2xanxiety .. view is
