How do I remove static from my videos?

I upload and edit videos to youtube. The quality of the videos is very nice, but I have a small problem.
When I edit the videos and playback the footage, I can hear a fuzziness/static in the background. I don't understand why I hear it, because I film in my room, which is in the basement, in complete silence. Other channels I am subscribed to do not have this problem, which I don't understand, so please do help! Thank you!

Oh, and I mean even when I play it back on the camera it's fuzzy. On Windows Movie maker the playback has the fuzzy sound, and on youtube it does as well
