With the same tracking software you monitor all visitors, this may be Google analytics or something as simple as Statcounter.com, I assume the referrer would indicate Adwords traffic.

Hey buddy, you cannot access the IP address information from Google Adwords. Here you need to use a third party log analysis to analyze your own server's web logs.
