Is there any sites I can watch online streaming television in HD for free?

I found many sites that enables you to watch free streaming online but you can't really see the shows in HD. It makes me angry when I want to watch sports streaming online and I can't even see where's the ball.

That's the downside by being a pirate! As far as I know of, you are not able to find any sites that streams channels in high definition.
