I want to go out with this girl but don't know what to do?

I really like this girl, but I don't know how to make move on her. We talk quite a bit and get along well. If she did a 'like for words' thing on Facebook shed say I'm a lovely person, easy to talk to, good music taste, etc. She also says I should hang out with her group of friends, since we don't hang out that often. She's also offered to dye my hair this summer, also told me to say to my family that she loves them after I made a remark about them (I find that odd, really).
I really like her, but don't know how to make a move because she often has boyfriends and all that. What can I do?

I feel like you need to learn more about her or have more time with her. I do not know your age, but she seems like she is just a little shy to say certain things and beating around the bush. Spend some time with her alone, or with her friends and get to know her better. You don't want to rush it because she seems to like you. If you want to make a move make sure shes comfortable. If she has boyfriends often then she knows when that will happen and she can help you out! Don't stress buddy its just girl
