Change IE icon on Windows 8 taskbar?

Change IE icon on Windows 8 taskbar?
So I have the Internet Explorer pinned on my taskbar and I would like to have it changed. I can change a shortcut or a copy of IE and pin that on my taskbar but whenever I open it a new explorer icon opens with the old icon. Anyway to fix this?

By 'icon', I assume you're referring to the image icon file.
You can change the programs properties by right-clicking on it, and selecting 'Properties'.
