Why does Facebook give us the EXACT SAME ADS ?

after we give them the "feedback" that it's "Uninteresting, repetitive, offensive, etc". If I see one more GD "Plenty Of Fish" ad I will scream. I already AM a member due to their ad & do not want any tacky shoes they keep showing. What gives?

Those are the companies that pay Facebook to have their ads used. Other companies wont pay because they don't have enough money, that's why you see the same ads.

It's funny how it works, but facebook adds relate to what your hobbies and interests are, including what apps and such you run or often view.

So, if you stay off plenty of fish, and choose something new, it should change
