Why can't I upload a profile picture for Yahoo answers?
I click "Add Photo" and it allows me to choose from facebook or the one I have. Why can't I upload one anymore? Thanks

It never works properly tbh, just make sure once you've picked one, and added It, to click submit.

After you selected the picture did you click submit at the bottom of the next page? When you click submit you are giving Y/A permission to post it.
