I was just wondering if anyone could help me with this. I need to get a Website in the top 10 on Google search. My Websites are all SEO friendly and I have used the Keywords I would like the search to show up with, yet the search does not show my Website. I don't wont to spend any money to do this because I am sure it can be done with out money.

You need backlinks. And more backlinks. Did I mention backlinks? Yes you can get them for free. Write articles for ezinearticles.com or goarticles.com. They will let you put some links in the author box.

You can also approach other webmasters and ask for links. Offer to link to them. It will be better if you only get the link from them, but sometimes in life you have to give something to get something back....
