Internet Connection..?

i have high speed wireless internet. so i'm on my laptop. and everytime i turn my computer off (not all the way off just in "sleep mode" or whatever) my internet connection disconnects. so i have to keep typing in out network name. this is getting really annoying. does anyone know how i could make it stay perminetely connected? thanks

This should not happen unless you haven't settlled up your Internet Connection 100% correctly ....This problem usually doesn't happen . This is a new and weird case .

if you shut your laptop off, then restart it with no problems it's a sleep mode/suspend related issue. make sure you have your windoze updates, unless you're running linux of course ;-)
