How to get internet connection without modem.?

Hello so i have the verizxon wireless internet 20$ dollars a month and since you guys know it has a modem i was wondering if i have get internet connection without the modem and using the phone wire thing thanks is advance!

some laptops and desktops have an integrated modem built in the phone jack in the computer for faxes. in that case you dont need an external one. but physically you do always need a modem in dialup internet connection and most other internet connections. if you dont have it. its like trying to make a phone call to someone on your cellphone that has no buttons or touch screen to push the buttons the computer physically cant dial. lol. so yeah you need it.

You need the modem to handle the translation incoming to your computer. Unfortunately, without a modem, you won't get an internet connection. If you want to use the phone wire, your computer will have to have a modem built into it and an adapter to plug the phone into. Even then, you're going to need access numbers from Verizon so that your computer can dial into the internet from their end.
