It really depends on what you like.

ex. I like soccer, so probably make website about ome famous soccer players

I like music, probably about some music instruments, maybe famous bands, or types of music

Maybe religion, some famous stuff, maybe some unknown facts about something...

Or food, some types of food, origins of food, lesser known facts about food...

If you have expectations to actually get visitors or to make money from a site, it may not be worth undertaking.
