Will people see a status update if I reposition my Facebook profile picture?

If I reposition my facebook profile picture, will it create a status update saying "I changed my profile picture"? Or could I do it without anyone knowing I repositioned it?

You can't move the profile picture you've created. You have to go back to the picture you originally used and reposition it that way. Facebook won't know it's the same picture so yes people will know. However, after immediately doing so, you can go to your time line and say to remove the post or allow only yourself to see it.
