How to Promote a mixtape?

So I plan on becoming a rapper but I'm doing a mixtape! It wont be done for a couple of months cuz I'm just getting started you know! But when I'm done with the mixtape how do I promote it I know that I have socials site with many of followers such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. But I wanna go further than that. There is a great site that specializes in promoting Mix Tapes called Mohr Publicity. They do an excellent job with everything from Datpiff, to SoundCloud, to putting you in the National news. Just google them or visit the site below. Very affordable too. I got in about 100 newspapers for 65 dollars.
