I'm having video issues, help!?

I'm trying to watch something and the audio is way off. The sound starts at the same time as the video, which is what confuses me. How do i fix it?

If this is occurring in all the videos you are trying to watch, then your pc may be having some issues. But if it is just this one video where the sound and video is not in sync, then it may just be the video itself. I have seen some videos and movies online and they are not in sync. To find out, just go and view other videos and see if everything is in sync, if they are then you assume the video you have or wanting to watch may be the issue.
