Headaches from driving?
I get headaches whenever I ride in a car, I can't drive yet so I don't know if that makes a difference. Heat is a major factor in making bigger headaches, and that's especially so since I live in Nevada with very hot summers. Because of this I tend to avoid any situation where I have to drive, Advil gets rid of the headaches in about half an hour, but I absolutely hate taking pills. Mainly because sometimes I wake up with this type of headache, and I think it's because my body could be getting addicted to the Advil to it creates a scenario so I'll take one? I don't know but I feel that may be why.

Another thing were I get headaches, my eyes are always soft white, can hardly see a single vein, but sometimes, at night, I'll notice(mainly in my right eye, sometimes in my left) suddenly there will be veins really noticeable near my tear duct, and the next day, 90% of the time, I get a headache.

Anybody know what causes these? I'm a very healthy person, I hardly ever eat things with preservatives and such, mainly organic. Lots of water, I wonder if it's just a condition? Or could it possibly be a defect?

have you tried essential oils? I think you are tensing to drive a car or you are holding your shoulders in a way to put pressure on your neck muscles. Headaches are caused by tight neck muscles. The muscles go to the top of your head where they connect to muscles going around your head. For this, Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After some seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another some seconds. repeat if needed. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath then remain this relaxed.
