I'm huge fan of demi lovato I listen to her songs everyday. Does Demi follow her fans on twitter?

No she doesn't. But she does tweet fans back.

Occasionally she does (very rarely, though) but she does reply to fans and rt them. Also, sometimes she sends DMs to fans telling them to stay strong and that they're beautiful.
