Can my parents call AT&T and ask to see wifi history?

No it's not porn. But if my mom were to ask for the sites viewed over wifi can/will they tell her?

They won't provide this information but it would be available on the history of the phone/pc

if you browse on the internet with your home wifi they cannot see the web history, but if you browse the web using 3g they can view your web history if they call at&t.

Nope only the people who you connected to will be able to see your web history so since 3g and 4g is from AT&T they would be able to see it but on wifi depending on who you connect like McDonalds or something only they would be able to see it. But i guess if she really wanted to know and you have an android phone she could just check your history online because they also keep track of it.

I don't think so. My suggestion is each time you leave a web browser is, to delete you browsing history.
On most web browsers it's easy. Just do this↓
hold down CTRL+Shift and hit delete. There you will see how to do it.
