links to duplicate content affect SEO?
My keyword is "PBX" and I have some FAQ links such as:

"What is PBX?"
"Why use PBX"
"How PBX can move your business forward"

and they each link to a page within my website, but those pages are simply cited, duplicate content in block quotes, taken from other articles.

Will my my SEO for the original page (with the faq links) be improved?

Search engines are not very friendly with duplicate content as it get confused between multiple pages having same content. They don't know which location to show or not. You can fix your duplicate content issues with the help of Google webmaster tool. You can use Canonical tag to redirect all the old duplicate content to new URLs.
Duplicate content is fixable & you should fix it as soon as possible.
