how do I email photos, and how do I upload them onto fb?

I have the pics on my computer under "my pictures" (if that helps) I use gmail. How do I email them? also, how do I upload them onto fb?

If you want to upload photos on fb then open ur profile and there wil be options on the left side like,"Wall,Info,Photos,Notes,Friends" click on photos and then there will be an option"Upload Photos"on the top right side.And you can upload the photos.If you want to send to someone on facebook.write a message and then there wil be option under writing place"attach" you can attach and send this to whom you want.If you want to email someone.First write a new mail.and at tht box,put the recipient id in the "TO" option.and then there wil be attach option so you can attach and send to somone.Thanks
