Tracfone.com Order Failure?

I just bought a new phone off of tracfone.com. I got to the order confirmation page, and they said they'd email me, and they also said to print the page. My computer isn't hooked up to a printer, so I just used the button that said "to go to our home page, click here" and went to the home page. I thought I should take a screen capture of the order confirmation, so I hit the "back" button (I'm in Google Chrome, by the way). The page said : Order Failed. The following error(s) occurred: Please do not hit refresh on this screen. Thank you. To go back to the Shipping Information Page and re enter personal information, click here."
So did the order go through? I haven't gotten an email from them yet (this happened minutes ago) but don't the emails go through pretty quickly when you're ordering stuff online? I don't want to reenter the personal info, in case I get billed twice.

Well, I didn't call them, but I did open a new tab and clicked "track my order." The status is "in progress;" so far it seems it hasn't been cancelled...
((I don't use my phone a lot, so I usually just get a 60 minute card for $20 every 3 months. The phone I just bought has a triple minute benefit, which helps. AND the order confirmation email just showed up, so I think I'll be okay. Thanks, mdigitale, for answering so fast. ))

I'd recommend calling them on the phone to confirm whether they have your order on file.

BTW, are you sure you want tracfone instead of a pre-paid phone? I seem to recall that tracfone was extremely overpriced when contrasted to prepaid solutions that are out there (often for unlimited monthly use)
