yahoo mail is frozen?

I see my yahoo mail but cannot open it, cannot delete it, cannot access contacts...it is completely frozen. I have tried on several computers, so it is not my computer. I have tried to access it on Internet Explorer, google chrome, and even downloaded firefox to try that...nothing helps

I have the same problem. Same on another computer. Can't find a solution. Can't access menu under gear to go to basic mode.
