internet explorer service pack 1 problems..?

internet explorer service pack 1 problems..?
It won't confiigure and I can't finish the download. I can't watch any videos on my computer anymore and I'm thinking it couyld be my browser. I have an older version of IE and I think I need IE10 soI can
watch vids on youtube.
If I decide to go with google or firefox, do I delete IE from my computer?
I'm unable to install IE10 because the service pack isn't installed , the comp can't configue SP1.

Download and install IE 10.
No you do not have to uninstall any other browser. Just make the one you like your default browser.
