Does changing the privacy setting on a status update move it to the top of the newsfeed again?

If I post a Facebook status and then make it private to only myself because I decide I don't want anyone to see it until later, when I make the status public again will it move back to the top of the newsfeed or stay where it is in the timeline from the original time that I posted it?
