Has my instagram direct message sent to this person or not?
We both used to follow eachother but then we un followed eachother, now I requested to follow him but he hasn't accepted my request so I sent an instadm, there's also a tick on his face. Does that mean it sent, or will he not see it because he doesn't follow me and I don't follow him
