I have aneixty, a couple actually. I'm embarrassed so I try not to be so open but I read few FB post about aniexty and not having anyone, just like me. Then on here people recently ask the same questions. Also during my time in crisis hospital some girl had my same problem. Like I'm not as alone as I think am I? Or was it just a few coincidences

Everybody has anxieties about something, so you are definitely NOT alone. I've had anxiety / panic attacks several times. I avoid enclosed shopping malls at busy times when I'm alone. I'm fine if I have a friend with me , even when we become separated. I still have momentary anxiety when my last grade in an online class shows up as F, even though I understand it is very likely is a "default F" and not the grade the teacher gave me, because the teacher has NOT graded the last thing I submitted, yet.

You are NOT alone. I've learned that when I THINK I've made mistake, like being in the wrong degree program, there usually is a pretty good reason why I made the mistake ( I didn't do enough research before making a commitment) , but I follow through anyway. I'm just glad and happy to be back in school.

One of the rewards of being middle aged is an increase in self-confidence. Hang in there. Get professional help if you need it.

My mother was a worrier. Since I did NOT die 4 years ago, I'm grateful for every day I can roll out of bed and just walk without my knees or ankles collapsing, even if and when I want to ***** about my arthritis. It's my fault if i stayed in bed too long.
