Problem with YouTube on Google Chrome?

Youtube on chrome has been acting up for the past two days. The website itself loads quickly but the navigation like clicking and scrolling has become very jerky and slow. The videos also load fine as usual but are very choppy in playback. It's not like constant buffering it's just the video itself sticks and jolts quite quickly and only last for maybe half a second but is still enough to cause irritation due to the sheer number of times it occurs during each video. Could this be due to a download through chrome? And is anyone else experiencing this?

You might wanna use CCleaner to clear temporary files, Cache and everything.

It means your internet speed is so slow, you should take a new better plan. If you have already a good plan then you should check the internet speed.
