Does anybody have a good way to manage time or can help me make a schedule?

1. Make a schedule - to do list.
2. Follow 80 : 20 principle
3. Say firmly No when you do not want to say YES
4. Restrict telephone talk.
5. Make a schedule to spend time with family.
