What exactly is your question? Are you worried the other companies will sue you or something? Add details to your question- maybe you'll get an answer then.

Your question is vague and confusing, but like the other guy said if you're worried about your competitors suing you, don't be. As long as you don't use a trademarked name like "Facebook" or "Google" you'll be OK. Your competitors won't take you seriously anyway, unless you start attracting millions of users.
