How to find a pic on web my friend just send me?

okay my friend just send me few pics and with all the pic name starting from tumblr_.....some number. I think she is fake and using some other girl pics to fool me. So is there any way where I can find the same or more pics of that girl on tumblr. please help!

Save as a jpeg then go to http://images.google.com/
Click on the camera in the search box then Upload and Image > Browse
But it will only show if that pictures shows up on the homepage of any site. It will not show if it was posted in someone's Facebook album, only if it was the profile picture, for example
Or if the picture was cropped or altered again it might not show up
