What does it mean when you want to stay home all day?

Well a couple of stuff happened over summer last year and I was depressed for a couple of months I tried to forget about it and I used to stay in my room all the time sad and didn't want to do anything.(I HAD FELT ALOT BETTER) Then I seen this movie Wednesday night with my mom and it reminded me of last summer and now im feeling the same way over summer, I hate it and wish I can erase it! Well what im trying to say is how can I stop staying out of my room and go out with my family when we do? How can I stop thinking about what had happen over summer? PLEASE HELP! I am feeling miserable, and it's not like me to stay home all the time. I want to go out when my mom say lets go somewhere. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE HELP ME! thanks

All I can say is you might want to trust when your family wants you to go out. But if there are days when you feel you absolutely must stay home, then do some things that are entertaining to you. Perhaps you might want to write some stories or look at videos on Youtube. You might want to twitter your favorite celebrity or look up information about the controversies with your favorite rock groups. Those are just suggestions.
