how do buisness make money doing facebook advertising like this?
In other words if I make an advertisement for a club that is a facebook ad(not page) do I make money per click or do I just charge one flat fee? If I make money per click how much do I charge per click to my customers?

You actually pay per click, so in other words every time someone clicks your ad it costs
