Is she worth it or should i move on?

There is a girl in my English class whom I sit next to. We always have to work together in groups and since we sit together we always work together. At first I was kind of shy around her but I got more comfortable the more I got to know her. I noticed her staring at me a lot during class and when I attempt to make eye contact she quickly looks away now even though before she would always stare. She is also always on her phone doing nothing to look busy, however she sits next to another guy during class and keeps joking around and flirting while looking back at me. We were waiting outside class and she was talking to me and as soon as he walked in she started ignoring me but kept looking back at me to see how I would react. I tried adding her on Facebook but she hasn't accepted even though its been days and she just changed her profile the day after i added her.I think she is playing hard to get which really annoys me because I don't have time for stupid games. I really like her but there is also another girl in my Chem class who I have a lot in common with and get along well with. The other girl is shy so things do get awkward between us. So should I wait for her or ask the other girl out?

she probably thinks your just cute get at the other one. If she gets jealous then she does like you but ball with the other. Act like you dont care if she plays hard u play hard good luck
