So I just started selling something on eBay for the first time and..?
The item has a buy it now price, but what happens if someone wins the auction and it is less then the buy it now price? I don't want the item to go cheaper then the Buy it now price if someone wins the auction. Is there a way to change it so until that certain price is met no one can get it or would I have to give it up to someone even if the item doesn't get too high?

I hope this makes sense. the buy it now price is 1000.00
someone has bid on it for .99 cents
What if they win the bid would I have to give it up for .99 cents or is there a way to change that?

Buy it Now is a gamble with the first bidder. Say you start the auction at 99 cents and the BIN is $10. The first bidder has a choice. They can pay $10 or they can bid 99cents and hope that no one else outbids them. (I recently bid $100 on an item rather than a BIN of $125; the item sold to someone else for $135.)

There is absolutely no guarantee that you will have two bidders, so that opening bid of 99 cents had better be what you are willing to accept. Failure to deliver the item to the bidder is grounds for being kicked off of eBay.
