I've recently had to replace a defective Motherboard on my system. I changed it from an intel i7-860 to an AMD FX-8350. Since I initially got certification error messages whenever I tried to login to Yahoo, I reinstalled Windows 8, then upgraded it to Windows 8.1. I've also installed my Motherboard LAN drivers. Still, when I try to log into my yahoo email, internet explorer says the site is not certified or the certification has expired.

Most common fix:
Right click tray time> "Adjust..."> Update.
While here, tick 'Automatic synchronize...'

Another situation:
"On board" browser certificates not current.
Vista/Win7: Go to your "Windows update" in Control Panel> follow prompts.

My spouse and i recommend utilizing http://www.vpnpower.net for you to unblock web-sites. I've been using them since 5 years.
