HELP!! How can i handle this?

This girl from my math class we were together for completely 4 months and she never talked to me. Now we are in different classrooms, that mean i don't see her anymore and last saturday i read a facebook message on my phone that i never noticed about, it was in others i guess, so, she thinks i'm handsome and atractive and the reason she never talked to me is because she's shy. The reason i'm asking this is cuz she's not the cutest woman in the world and of course i'm not the most handsome dude and i don't like her. How can i handle this situation and tell her i'm not interested in?.
I want talk to her face to face because she's kind of stalking me and i'm dating with another girl though. I'm not mean with women so i don't wanna hurt her feelings.

Don't try to talk to her face to face. That would be so embarrassing for her. Just write her back on facebook and kindly tell her 'thank you so much for the compliments, I think you are a beautiful girl but I am seeing someone else right now. I hope you will find a special guy who treats you well because you deserve it.' There's no reason to be mean to someone just because you are not interested in them. Encourage her to move on and find someone else.
