What the hell going on?!?!?
Every day i go on video game and anime mp3 websites like downloads.khinsider.com/‎ and tenshi.ru and in daylight they download fine speed,but in the f**king night they download super slow and it's not the weather.

You are on one of those services which uses bandwidth sharing, the total offered bandwidth is the total for your area, at busy times too many people are using it.

Well for starters, weather should not affect your WIFI, secondly ask your parents. It has nothing to do with your router. Lastly, scan for viruses. i cannot give any further advice until you tell me your Operating System.
