Right-click on the link you want, and select Open Link in New Tab. This opens the link in a new tab. I hope this is what you want. :/

1) open a google chrome window
2) Locate the top bar where the name of the webpage is ( NOT THE URL) right above it
3)you will see a little parallelogram on the top
4) hover our mouse over it and it will glow
5)click on it and a new tab will appear
