How’s the book sales going Sol? Any better than your bid to be re-instated as England captain?

His book sales would probably be doing quite well had he inserted as much daggers into his friends backs as Sir Alex Ferguson did in his book.

The more the morose Campbell whinges about colour prejudice the more he demonstrates why he didn't captain England more often.
There were more than a few better qualified candidates for the job - not handicapped by his exaggerated sense of self-importance or his excuses.
He's been doing the media circus on the back of his 'controversial' assertions but I dout it will add to the sales. I has put me off even considering buying it.

You always get this when someone needs to promote a book. Say something controversial, get column inches, a few headlines, a bit of tv and radio, now twitter. It's all bollocks just to generate sales. So cynical it's transparent.
