advertising is Vietnamese, I am in Cambodia, but speak only english

Advertisements being shown to you are commonly geo targeted based on your ISP's IP address, I have not heard of any ad registration process to set the language, if you went through a proxy server giving you a western IP address you would see English ads for businesses in that part of the world.
