Dear Rohan,

As per Search engine(Google) rule and regulation we have to put H1 once in a webpage but we can add H2, H3, H4, H5, H6 more than once in a webpage where you think, It's important for that particular page......

Each web page in a site should have just one h1 tag and the main page keyword should be featured near the front of that text.

In a WordPress site, the page or post title is automatically given an h1 tag - so be sure not to use h1 anywhere in the body text.

You can have as many h2 and lesser tags as you like, but keep in mind that you don't want to dilute your main keyword by having several other prominent keywords. h2 and maybe h3 tags have some positive effect, but tags lesser than h3 probably do you no good. In most cases, it's best to repeat the same main keyword in the other heading tags as you used in the h1 tag, as long as you don't use it too often ("keyword stuffing").

The idea is to give both humans and search engine robots a clear, and not a confused, idea of what the page is about - its theme.

Hope this helps....

Well, use only one H1 element on per page which should contain your main keyword, because most search engines pay more attention to H1 tags so try to include best keywords in it. H2 tags can be used for subheadings and you can use any number of h2 h3 h4 h5 h6 tags to structure the webpage. These headings are seo friendly and will definitely improve SEO.

Hope it helps, wishing you success with your project!!
