Internet Connection Sharing(ICS) Wont enable?

I am picking up wifi on my laptop until i get my internet turned back on. So anyways I got my Xbox 360 and Laptop connected through an ethernet cable, and i go to do the Internet Connection Sharing or whatever it is (ICS) and I check both of the boxes and click ok, then it tells me there was an error while trying to enable ICS, ive tried just checking one box also but it does the same thing, and I also tried enabling these things from the Services and still nothing. I set my buddys Xbox Live up this way and his ICS works just fine and he dont get that error like I do.

Can someone please help me with this problem? Has anybody else had this problem and fixed it? Please Help!!! Thanks!

Additional Details
No the nat should be fine, but I cant even get connected to Xbox Live because of the ICS thing wont ENABLE!! lol
