The best way of Advertising about my website?

I have a tech blog and I want to advertise, but I'm getting confused weather to use Facebook Advertising to my Facebook Page, FB advertising to my website, Adwords or any other solutions? And also I will advertise with only 108$.
I want to have like 20,000 page impressions per month so what do you think is the best way to advertise? Is FB advertising is good enough for 108$

108 would get exhausted in a few clicks. For 20,000 impressions per month you got to have the kind of content that attracts visitors on a regular basis. Work out the SEO.

SEO is one way to go but have considered marketing in other ways, even with small budget there are other ways to drive traffic.

Facebook advertising is expensive but can be very effective. $108 is in no way enough. Ditto with Adwords.

With your budget, the cheapest and most effective way to promote your site would be to do organic site promotion, also know as search engine optimization (SEO).

Contrary to the commonly voiced opinion, SEO is not 100% free and 100% easy, and not 100% hand-made.

That said:

- Get ready to invest your time on learning about SEO and your money on professional site promotion tools for DIY SEO. Is money necessary? Not always, if you have a small site or blog. For your traffic goals, freebie tools is probably not enough.

- In theory, SEO principles can fit into one A4 page. Google made 30 pages on intro to SEO in their Search Engine Optimization Starters Guide. It is the reality that makes things difficult The deeper you dig into organic site promotion, the more questions you have - what if I change the language of my site or expand to a new region, what if my rankings drop in one day, what if I add a new section to my site - a million of questions...

- Ideally, you want to focus on SEO and then do PPC as a complement.
