Someone stole my photos from Instagram and making money from them?
Ok so some has stolen my photos from Instagram and are now selling them all over the world. Can I sue?

It is literally IMPOSSIBLE to steal photos you posted to Instagram, because YOU no longer own them. Somewhere in the terms you agreed to without actually reading, it states that Instagram owns EVERYTHING you post on the site.

You don't actually own the rights to those pictures. So no, you can't sue.
