how come i have an amazing internet connection going to my PS3 yet i cant download anything?

i do the internet connection test for my PS3 here are the results:

Internet Connection: Suceeded

UPnP: Available
NAT Type: Type 2
Connection Speed (Download)*: 4.8Mbps
Connection Speed (Upload)*:485.8 kbps

any suggestions? basically what it is saying is i have a internet connection right? yet i can't do anything on the internet
i just bought it yesterday so i should have 120 GB's on my HDD

Only other thing I could think of is under internet options at the bottom there's that Media blahblah thing, maybe enabling that will do the trick.

I can do stuff and im on a 60 gig with noob internet connection =P
